By downloading, installing, or using the Soring Games mobile application ("App") and its included games, features, or services (collectively "Services"), you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by this User Service Agreement ("Agreement") and Glend's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms of this Agreement, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, or using the App and Services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App and Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Glend grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share the App or access to the Services with any third party;
• Use the App to violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of Glend or third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights);
• Upload, transmit, or store malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful content through the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, Services, or Glend's servers/networks.

All content in the App and Services—including game graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks ("Soring Games"), and software—is owned by Glend or its licensors and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or exploit any of this content outside the App without Glend's prior written permission.

The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs") for virtual items (e.g., game coins, skins, hints) or premium features. All IAPs are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law (e.g., consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction). Glend reserves the right to change IAP pricing, availability, or virtual item functionality at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for all IAPs made using your device or account. If you believe an unauthorized IAP was made, contact Glend immediately (see Section 12 for contact details).

Your use of the App and Services is subject to Glend's Privacy Policy (available within the App or upon request). Glend may collect limited data, including device information (e.g., model, OS version), usage data (e.g., game progress, feature usage), and non-identifiable analytics to improve the App. By using the App, you consent to Glend's data collection and use practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Glend does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices. Glend disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Services—including, but not limited to, loss of game progress, virtual items, data, or access. Glend's total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid for IAPs in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Glend may update or modify this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, Glend will post the revised Agreement in the App (under "Settings > Legal > User Agreement") and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the revised Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.

Glend may terminate or suspend your access to the App and Services at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if Glend discontinues the App. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your device and cease all use of the Services. Sections 4, 7, 8, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of California, unless required by local law.
